Get ready in three steps.
- Open the app
Open the account or portal screen in EkoTV Player. Find your portal code, or your MAC address and device key.
- Connect to your device
Sign in with your portal code, or your MAC address and device key. Check that the device details are correct.
- Redeem your license code
Enter the code from your reseller on the portal's Enter Code page. Once complete, close and reopen the app.
Activate your device.
Redeem your existing license code in the device portal. If you have an active license, the new duration is added to your remaining time.

- Once the app is available, open EkoTV Player on your LG TV.
- Use the device MAC address and device key shown in the app, rather than the MAC address in your TV's network settings.
- Connect to the device portal on your phone or computer and redeem your license code.
- Add your own M3U or Xtream playlist and return to the app on your TV.
About activation
Does a license include TV channels or a content subscription?
No. EkoTV Player is a media player. It does not provide channels, movies, series or content subscriptions. Only use your own content sources that you have the right to access.
Are playlist codes and license codes the same?
No. A playlist code only adds your playlist to a device and does not change your license duration. A license code activates your device's license.
Where can I find my MAC address?
Use the MAC address and device key shown on the account or portal screen in EkoTV Player. Only enter your device key on the official portal.
