How to request deletion
- Find your device MAC address and device key on the app's Account and Portal screen or through the portal login.
- Complete the form below to submit your deletion request.
- Once the request is verified, the device's portal data and related app records enter the deletion process.
Data that can be deleted
- Device-linked portal access records
- Playlists added through the portal
- Pending playlist commands linked to the device
- Device pairing data associated with app and portal use
Data that may be retained and retention periods
- Some security, abuse-prevention and audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Google Play purchase records may be retained by Google under its own policies.
- Records required by law may be retained for the necessary period.
